Role : UX/UI designer
As Head of Design, I led a comprehensive product redesign and implemented new features, while also driving marketing initiatives both internally and externally. This included launching a TV channel, revamping the smart portfolio and expert center, remodeling the news channel, running a subway campaign in NY, and redesigning the app for iOS and Android. I also successfully grew my design team from 2 to 5 members, fostering their development and individual ownership of different products.

Arcaffe touch

Problem:
Arcaffe faced long queues and time-consuming order processes at their coffee counters, leading to customer frustration and potential revenue loss. Customers lacked visibility into item availability and nearby open branches, making it challenging to plan their coffee runs effectively.

Solution:
To address these challenges, Arcaffe designed the Arcaffe Touch mobile remote order app. Users could pre-order their favorite items, saving time at the counter. The app provided real-time updates on item availability and a branch locator feature, ensuring users could get their coffee as fresh as possible without waiting in line. Arcaffe Touch improved efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of Arcaffe's kiosk operations.

Fox foundation app

Problem:
Patients with Parkinson's disease often struggle to track their well-being, medication usage, and tremor symptoms accurately. This lack of clear data makes it challenging for researchers to understand the effectiveness of different treatment protocols and their success rates across various demographics.

Solution:
To address this problem, the Fox Foundation designed the mobile Fox Diary app as a powerful tool for Parkinson's patients. The app enables users to log their well-being, track medication usage, and record tremor statistics through a connected physical device. By collecting and providing this data to the research team, the app helps researchers gain insights into the effectiveness of different treatment protocols for specific demographics. Ultimately, the mobile Fox Diary app aids in improving patient care and advancing research in Parkinson's disease.
